Metadata and e-content delivery fuel publication discoverability and marketability. Spotty metadata or delayed e-content delivery can tarnish a publisher’s reputation and make it nearly impossible for consumers and prominent indexes, abstracts, repositories, directories, distributors, aggregators, and library networks to know that a publication exists. As metadata is being formed within the system, critical information can be converted to whatever metadata feed is used by the publisher (ONIX, etc.). Product feeds can be generated, providing a full lineup of all products, with full product metadata and also paper-level metadata, as well as content feeds which provide the entire content catalog.

Distribution

As the final XML/NLM, PDFs, and ePubs are generated, the content can be distributed out to various e-content distribution partners for integration into a variety of e-content platforms. All system users can also access their published content through their system account.

Power BI Reports

Through various requirements, custom reports can be created to support the publisher and also general users (authors, editors, etc.), optimizing analytics and data visualization capabilities.

Custom Workflows & API Integrations

If the provided workflow is not conducive to a publisher’s needs then they can take advantage of custom workflows that can be adapted to suit various data and content distribution requirements.
